OUR SEND VISION

At The Park Schools Federation we:

• 94 Pupils receiving SEND Support

What is SEND?

A child may have SEND if they require additional or different support from that normally available to children of the same age.

We support children with needs in the four areas identified within the SEND Code of Practice:

How We Identify Needs

We follow the SEND Code of Practice process:

Assess → Plan → Do → Review

This allows support to be continually reviewed and adapted to meet individual needs.
