At Park School Federation, maths is our passion.  We know how important it is to have a deep and secure understanding of key mathematical concepts so that our pupils can apply these skills to become confident problem solvers. We want our children to make links and connections within all areas of maths and we promote this through the discussion of our prior learning and key vocabulary at the start of each lesson.

We use ‘Maths No Problem!’ across the federation, ensuring a consistent, mastery approach is taught in all of our classrooms. Alongside this, our pupils have access to Numbots, an app which develops secure and solid number sense in our infant pupils. We also use ‘Times Tables Rockstars’ to develop the acquisition of multiplication facts.
