Personal Statement

As Facilities Manager at The Park Schools Federation, I decided to apply to be the staff governor so I can contribute my practical experience and ensure the operational perspective of staff is represented at a strategic level. I am committed to supporting our school values, working collaboratively with governors and leaders, and helping to provide safe, well-managed environments that enable the best outcomes for all pupils.

I have over six years of experience of working as both a staff and parent governor in a different setting. I am passionate about our school and committed to doing the best for our children. The journey will not be easy. I am a resilient, strong-minded individual but equally caring and only expect the best for our community.
